Houston is a big city with a lot of competition. Planning events in Houston requires going beyond the basic and the beautiful. It means understanding the people walking into it. What they need. What they hope to feel. What kind of moment they’ll remember.
It means caring, deeply, about them.
I didn’t step into this work because I love logistics or even design — though both matter a lot. I stepped into it because I’m a nurturer at heart. I’m the oldest of nine siblings and I grew up stepping in, stepping up, and learning how to bring people joy. How to turn tears into laughter.
That part of me never shut off.
The only difference is now I do it with tables and florals, plans and mood boards.
When I plan an event — whether it’s a wedding, a milestone celebration, or a private party (literally whatever is important to you — I know that creating something pretty is nice but not what’s important. I want the experience to feel true. I want it to reflect the people at the center of it. I want it to feel like them. That means it’s not just about what looks good in photos (though, of course, it needs to be beautifully designed and presented).
It’s about walking into a space and saying, “This feels right.”
It’s about making a space feel decorated like your home, like it belongs to the couple putting it on.
Because that feeling sticks.
That’s what makes a space memorable.
I offer full-service planning for Houston events because it allows me to get close to the people we’re creating for. I want to understand what matters to you. I want to hear your story, build your mood boards, go dress shopping if you’ll let me, and help you bring a vision to life that feels lived-in — not manufactured.
Everything from the rentals I recommend to the layout of the room is chosen with intention. Nothing is random. Nothing is filler. Color matters. Napkins matter. Table shape matters!!!!
This kind of planning isn’t about perfection. It’s about connection.
One of the most overlooked pieces of planning is furniture. But I’ve noticed something — when the room feels elevated, the energy shifts. Guests walk differently, they speak differently. There’s something about beautiful, well-placed pieces that makes people respect the space more. It becomes an experience, not just a setup.
That’s why our rental collection is so personal to me. Every chair, every table, every accent has been selected for a reason. They’re neutral, elevated, and made to blend with all kinds of aesthetics — from garden-parties in a breezy spring to galant rooms with colorful lighting and huge centerpieces. But most importantly, they make a space feel real. Lived in. Cared for. They’re made with real materials, not cheap mass production. They are sturdy, cared for.
When people feel cared for, they remember it. That’s hospitality. Personal attention and care.
From weddings at private estates to backyard gatherings and brand pop-ups, we’ve worked with all kinds of clients across Houston and the surrounding areas. Here’s what they all have in common: They care about their guests. They want the event to feel good, not just look good.
If that’s you, we’d love to work together.
